We hate to make mistakes but sometimes we do make a mistake. Our policy is that if it is our mistake then you don't have to pay for the extra shipping costs. Your packages are insured and if damaged then we will replace the damaged items immediately. Here are the details (contact us at 281-447-7200):

Returns and Replacements: Fuel (HAZMAT) items cannot be returned due to HAZMAT regulations. We will replace any fuel or other item that is incorrectly shipped - if you do not want a fuel to be delivered then cancel the shipment with UPS or FEDEX as soon as possible and refuse delivery. You will have to pay for all shipping costs plus there is a $20 charge (UPS and FedEx) for any fuel package that is refused. If you need to return any item (other than a HAZMAT fuel) then contact us and we will assist you - if it is our mistake then the shipping of the replacements is at our expense - if not then all you pay is the shipping both ways (return and replacement plus the original shipping charges).
